Posted in

SOCPROG is a series of MATLAB programs to analyze data on social and population structure of individually tracked animals. The programs can be used to assess group membership, interaction rates, attraction-avoidance, dominance hierarchies, and more. The R package Digiroo2 can be used to generate null models of space use for use in these programs.

It is developed by Hal Whitehead at Dalhousie University.
